Onyxa Medical, Inc. ("Onyxa Medical," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of information collected through the Junera Sales Rep Portal (the "Portal"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you regarding your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through the Portal, including information collected through your use of AI-powered features (such as the Jonas AI Sales Coach), analytics services, and any related communications. This Policy does not apply to information collected through other Onyxa Medical websites, products, or services, which may be governed by separate privacy policies.
The Portal is an internal business tool intended for use by authorized Onyxa Medical personnel. It is not intended for use by the general public, patients, or healthcare providers outside of their capacity as Onyxa Medical representatives.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you access the Portal through our authentication system, we collect your name, email address, and unique user identifier. This information is provided through the Manus OAuth authentication service and is used to manage your Portal access and personalize your experience.
2.2 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information about your use of the Portal, including:

2.3 AI Interaction Data

If you use voice features, we process audio recordings for speech-to-text transcription; audio data is temporarily stored during processing and is not retained after transcription is complete.
AI conversation history is stored in our database to provide continuity across sessions and to improve the quality and accuracy of AI-generated responses. You may delete individual conversations at any time through the Portal interface.
2.4 Notification Preferences
If you opt in to notifications, we store your notification preferences, including the types of updates you wish to receive and your preferred delivery channels.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

4.1 Essential Cookies
Authentication session cookies are required for the Portal to function. These cookies identify your authenticated session and expire when you log out or after a period of inactivity. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using the Portal.
4.2 Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymized usage statistics. Umami does not use cookies for tracking, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand Portal usage patterns and improve the user experience.
4.3 Local Storage
The Portal uses browser local storage to persist user preferences such as voice settings, theme preferences, and recently viewed content. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
5. AI Features and Data Processing
The Jonas AI Sales Coach and other AI-powered features process your inputs using large language model (LLM) technology. When you interact with AI features:
- Your text inputs are sent to our AI processing infrastructure for response generation.
- Conversation history is stored in our database to provide context for ongoing conversations.
- Voice recordings (when using voice input) are temporarily processed for speech-to-text conversion and are not permanently stored.
- AI-generated responses may incorporate real-time data from publicly available competitor websites through our competitive intelligence system.
- We may use aggregated, de-identified conversation data to improve the accuracy and quality of AI responses.
Important: Do not input any protected health information (PHI), patient data, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information into AI features. The Portal is not designed to process or store such information, and doing so may violate applicable privacy laws including HIPAA.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We may share your information with the following categories of recipients, solely for the purposes described in this Policy:

9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (such as legal retention requirements).
- Conversation History: You may delete individual AI conversations at any time through the Portal interface.
- Notification Preferences: You may update your notification preferences at any time through the Portal settings.
- Voice Features: You may disable voice input and output features at any time through the Portal interface.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information.
To exercise your CCPA rights, please contact us using the information in Section 12. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Policy on the Portal with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Portal after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
